Who handles merch production and shipping?

All merch is produced, fulfilled and shipped by Fourthwall, our merchandising partner.

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 5–12 business days.

How do returns or replacements work?

Returns are accepted for quality issues only. Fourthwall handles all replacements and resolutions.

Yes. Fourthwall sends a tracking link once your order ships.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes. Our affiliate program is managed through Affonso and pays commissions on every paying customer you refer.

What commission do affiliates earn?

You earn 50% recurring commission for 12 months on every paying customer you refer.

You also earn 10% commission on any sub‑affiliates you refer.

How long does the tracking cookie last?

The cookie lasts 60 days. If your referral signs up within that window, you get full credit.

Is there a time limit for referrals to convert?

Yes. Referrals must convert within the 60‑day cookie window for you to receive commission.

How are payouts handled?

Payouts are automated through Affonso and sent via PayPal or bank transfer.

Payments follow a Net‑7 schedule after a 30‑day hold period.

A $50 USD minimum payout applies.

Can I offer my referrals a discount code?

No. We do not allow public discounts, coupon codes, or incentive‑based promotions. This protects pricing integrity and prevents coupon‑site abuse.

What isn't allowed?

Self‑referrals, misleading claims, coupon‑site promotion, brand bidding, rebrokering, or impersonating Shred Shark Systems.

Violating these rules may result in removal from the program.
