Engine Engineer Motorsport Customer Support (m/f/d)

Our battery team takes a holistic approach to developing the traction battery as a key component of every modern drivetrain, from concept development to the release recommendation for production. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support for engine and related electronic systems during motorsport events and tests
- Support customers with engine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting topics
- Analyze engine and vehicle data and prepare technical recommendations
- Support software dataset and fuel mapping-related topics
- Prepare reports after events and follow up on open technical points
- Cooperate with project leaders, test engineers and other technical teams
- Contribute to improving reliability, performance and competitiveness of motorsport applications
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Combustion Engines, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of combustion engines and engine mechanics
- Experience in motorsport, automotive testing or technical customer support
- Experience with data analysis tools, ideally in a motorsport environment
- Knowledge of engine calibration or motorsport ECU systems is a plus
- Good command of English, written and spoken; another language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic event environment
- Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
