Sugarbush Mountain Resort operates a four-season destination in Vermont's Mad River Valley, offering skiing, snowboarding, and a range of year-round outdoor activities. Founded in 1958 with an initial investment of $550,000, the resort has grown into a significant player in eastern mountain tourism.
The ski and snowboard operation spans two mountains, featuring over 111 trails across more than 53 miles of terrain for all skill levels. Outside the winter season, the resort offers mountain biking, golf, disc golf, lift rides, hiking, and a full-service Health and Recreation Center.
The resort and its surrounding Mad River Valley have been recognised as the Best Ski Town in the East by Outside Magazine, and Sugarbush consistently ranks among the top ski resorts in the eastern United States.
