The Agnes Irwin School, an all-girls' Pre-K through 12th grade independent school in the Philadelphia suburbs, is seeking a part-time Varsity Soccer Assistant Coach beginning August 24, 2026. Providing its students with a rigorous academic education, AIS is dedicated to developing each student's highest potential in intellect, character, and physical well-being.  This position will be responsible for developing the Upper School soccer program under the direction of the Varsity Soccer Coach and Athletic Directors. he successful candidate will possess:

  • Soccer coaching or teaching experience; previous competitive soccer experience preferred 
  • Experience teaching soccer skills and strategies that apply to the skill level of the student-athletes preferred 
  • Proven ability to exemplify the highest standard of leadership, sportsmanship and respect 
  • Ability to attend all team practices and matches 
  • Knowledge of appropriate safety measures to ensure the well-being of student-athletes 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships at the administrative, student-athlete, and parent level The ideal candidate:
